Entity Description
Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Groups production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient sustainable customized technology and process solutions. Our core expertise in industrial gas energy conversion and gas purification enables customers to optimize natural resources. We cover the entire project life-cycle: license engineering services / proprietary equipment high-end engineering & design capabilities project management & execution addition we also offer efficient customer services through our worldwide set-up. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Main Accountabilities:
Calculate selected tax liabilities and support preparation of various tax returns in areas such as VAT WHT CIT (including foreign tax registrations)
Contribute to company documentation tax analysis on the daily basis
Support Tax Manager in providing guidance on interpretation and application of tax regulations (analysis calculations data gathering)
Support potential tax audits
Contribute to transfer pricing compliance and documentation
Participate in creating policies procedures and documentation referring to taxes
Provide complex tax research on complex transactions to support Tax Team final decisions
Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impact on organizational tax position
