WHAT ARE WE OFFERING
The Clinical Nurse - Lymphoedema Program role offers the opportunity to provide nursing services to clients referred to the Lymphoedema program while supporting a multidisciplinary team across a variety of health service settings. This role is suited to nurses developing from competent to proficient practitioners through experience and/or further study.
Clinical Nurses in this role will have experience in and continue developing proficiency in lymphoedema management and garment prescription under the Lymphoedema garment subsidy scheme. The role remains predominantly clinical with opportunities to contribute to agreed portfolio responsibilities aligned with individual development plans.
Please Note:Having experience in and developing proficiency in Lymphoedema management and garment prescription under the Lymphoedema garment subsidy scheme is essential to this role.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Do you have experience in lymphoedema management and are you developing proficiency in garment prescription
- Are you able to provide person-centred nursing care and case management within a multidisciplinary setting
- Do you accept accountability for your own practice and support the development of less experienced staff
- Are you confident in monitoring care plans and supporting positive patient/client outcomes

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
- Provide person-centred clinical care and case management to clients within the lymphoedema program.
- Assess implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Monitor care plans and support coordination of services and quality improvement activities.
- Contribute to education research and support the development of less experienced staff.
- Provide leadership within the team and undertake portfolio responsibilities aligned with service needs.
