- このポジションSales StrategistはQVC Japanをサポートし予算達成のために他チームと連携し戦略的一貫性のある番組ブランド構築と制作を実行し売上成果に貢献する役割を担います
勤務場所
- このポジションはハイブリッドであり月に数日幕張本社での勤務が必要です出社日は事前に決められており会社全体で統一されています
仕事内容
- マルチプラットフォームTVWebアプリSNS横断の販売戦略立案実行
- マーチャンダイジング部門と連携し商品ブランド情報をもとに番組およびキャンペーンを設計
- 番組制作に直接関与しオンエアまでの全プロセスをリー
- イベントやキャンペーンなど重点施策の販売戦略設計
- 顧客視点を軸にしたストーリーテリング型コンテンツの開発
- PDCAOODAサイクルを回し販売実績や番組内容の継続的改善
- 新ブランド新チャネルの育成成功事例の蓄積
- ジュニアアシスタントSales Strategistの育成支援
応募資格
- 通販や小売りメーカーのいずれかにおける商品の販売戦略業務経験3年以上
- 販売企画やマーケティングコンテンツ制作に関わった経験
- 販売やマーケティングに関する知識と商業的視点
- 高いコミュニケーション力調整力影響力
- 顧客志向でチーム横断的に協働できる姿勢
- 優れた時間管理能力と主体性
- TV制作映像制作におけるディレクション経験があれば尚可
- 大学卒以上放送マーケティングeコマース関連分野が望ましい
