Job Summary
Floor Care Technician at Marsden South
Shift: Sundayto Thursday and some weekends as needed. Hours: 5:00 pm to 1:30 am.
Full-time 40 hours a week.
Hourly Rate:$19.00
Location: Westlake Texas
Requirements:
- Youmustbe 18 years old
- Youmusthave work authorization
- You mustat least 1 year of floor care experience in a janitorial setting is required.
- A criminal background check is required.
Job Duties:
As you might expect cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:
- Perform scheduled floor care including area preparation scrubbing buffing stripping refinishing waxing shampooing and deep carpet extraction.
- Other projects include polishing tiles vinyl and wood floors.
- Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes water extraction machines and carpet cleaning equipment.
- Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
- Ensure surfaces are safe by setting up wet floor signs applying non-slip treatments and adhering to OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
