THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Client Connectivity Support Engineer for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Answer client calls and acknowledge client email incidents
- Monitor daily message/file flows detect and investigate failures or delays; analyses logs and alerts; resolve root or escalate incidents across relevant teams
- Act as the principal point of contact external partners to ensure good coordination timely resolution and clear updates on the incident resolution. Ensure that the incident is resolved and inform the client
- Update the Known Error Database and procedures
- Contributed to post incident reviews and continuous service improvement
- Experience with Middleware platforms such as Axway CFT Axway Secure Transport IBM MQ and API platforms
- Knowledge of file transfer middleware solutions including CFT and Secure Transport
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols such as PESIT SFTP FTPS and HTTPS
- Experience with data encryption technologies (PGP / GPG) and channel encryption protocols (TLS SSH)
- Solid understanding of network concepts including network topologies firewalls (IP scopes and ranges) leased lines and market profiles
- Fluency in English
