- Inventory Allocation & Distribution:Execute the initial allocation of new product arrivals to all stores based on sales history store attributes and product strategy.
- In-Season Replenishment:Proactively monitor and analyze sales trends to manage min-max setting for replenishment of store inventory to maximize sell-through and minimize stockouts.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Generate reports on sales sell-through and inventory levels. Identify best-sellers slow-movers and opportunities for optimization.
- Inventory Management:Manage goods receiving returns and writeoff processes and support interstore transfers to optimize inventory balance consolidate best sellers and execute stock pullbacks to the warehouse.
- Logistics & Warehouse Coordination:Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to support inbound and outbound stock movements ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to stores.
- System Maintenance:Maintain accurate allocation transfer and stock movement records ensuring system data integrity.
