Job Summary
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities high business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to partner with Finance Sales and Product teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity with strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Establish new metrics and validation
- Lead reporting and deep dives
- Maintain and develop standard reporting cadence and metrics for leadership benchmarking
- Contribute with deep-dive analyses and insights in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews

This role will help drive standardization of reporting and insights for a global ad sales finance team.
About the team
The Ad Sales Finance team supports the global ad sales organization around the world.
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance) experience
- 3 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 3 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
