Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to join our Client Experience team providing day to day oversight and support to Fund Administrators while working closely with management to ensure consistent high quality service delivery. Acting as a subject matter expert you will provide advice on processes and procedures support issue resolution and help maintain strong service standards.

This is a full time permanent role within a team that delivers client support effective case management and accurate administrative processing to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Support the leadership team in embedding a strong service led culture aligned to organisational outcomes
  • Assist with the day to day management of the team including resource planning and work allocation to meet agreed service levels
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team and with stakeholders across the business
  • Support people management activities including contributing to performance improvement processes where required
  • Conduct quality reviews in line with established frameworks and service standards
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members on work quality and performance
  • Act as the first point of escalation for team queries issues and clientrelated escalations
  • Contribute to adhoc projects and tasks as required to support the smooth and effective operation of the team

What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Prior experience in fund administration or a similar financial services operations role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand customer enquiries seek clarification where needed and provide accurate high quality responses
  • Well developed organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure prioritise effectively and escalate issues when required
  • Naturally curious with a positive adaptable mindset demonstrating strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with different business units to achieve positive client outcomes while also working independently when required
  • Proven ability to work to KPIs ensuring quality and performance standards are consistently met
  • Previous experience in a fast paced Client Service Centre or a high service delivery environment
  • Ability to project a professional and positive demeanour when engaging with a diverse client base including in challenging situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
