Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning solutions across appropriate modalities using established design standards and adult learning principles.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs address performance gaps and define clear outcomes.
- Manage multiple learning projects end to end balancing scope timelines and quality.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and use data and feedback to inform improvements.
- Explore and pilot new learning approaches tools and methods as appropriate.
- Support team and organizational priorities through special projects and related work.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in adult learning instructional design or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across digital blended and instructorled formats.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning needs and outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
