Job Summary

Human Castle is supporting a global capital equipment manufacturing company in the acquisition of a Customer Service Engineer. This exciting role is a permanent-hire position which comes with one of the best benefits packages in the area and includes dual yearly bonuses.

Key Details:

Coordinate/support repairs and services of capital equipment valued in the multi-millions of dollars
Execute expertise on equipment and maintain vendor relationships
Spearhead equipment rebuild/refurbishment activities for clients
Work hand-in-hand with Strategic Account Managers
USE SAP to manage projects materials parts and more
Support global Customer Service teams
Support Business Development and Sales teams
Leading or supporting capital equipment upgrade projects
Handle warranty processing

Required:

Associates Degree in Engineering or related
2 years of experience in Engineering related field

Preferred:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related
Experience supporting customers and clients
