The Opportunity
Were looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to lead the specification and sales of our Lintels and associated products across the Essex region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation in the construction sector where your expertise relationships and ambition will directly influence growth and market share.
What Youll Be Doing
As our Area Sales Manager you will:
- Build develop and maintain strong relationships with:
- Builders Merchants
- Housebuilders
- Main Contractors
- Brickwork Contractors
- Specifiers
- Deliver and contribute to strategic Business Development Plans for key accounts
- Proactively manage a live project pipeline ensuring quotes schedules and follow-ups are delivered on time
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to strengthen market position
- Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for our brand products and services
- Keep our CRM system updated daily to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
This is a role for someone who thrives on winning business building partnerships and staying one step ahead.

- Has strong experience within the building materials or construction sector
- Demonstrates a proactive through-the-wall attitude when supporting customers
- Builds lasting credible relationships at all levels
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Holds a full clean driving licence
