What You Will Do:
- Supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates to deliver timely friendly service across all dining areas.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality cleanliness and team performance.
- Serve as a key link between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Step in as needed to support bartending bussing or food running duties to maintain efficient service flow.
- Manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control.
What We Are Looking For:
- 6 months of experience in a server or similar roleensures you understand service fundamentals and team dynamics.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experiencecritical for coaching associates and resolving service issues quickly.
- Hotel or hospitality backgroundhelps in adapting to fast-paced guest-focused environments.
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days)ensures guest and team safety.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs stand for long periods and work a flexible schedulenecessary for physical and operational demands.
