As an Associate / Analyst in the Sales Support Team you will support our Taiwan Institutional Business.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administrative affairs of sales team and work closely with sales to provide high quality of client service.
- Coordinate and assist with events planning client training regular/ad-hoc client meeting.
- Provide sales support through preparing sales reports product and market reports and analysis.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports on a regular basis. Produce performance attribution contribution and dispersion analysis reporting.
- Prepare and translate pitch book presentations and reports (English to Chinese and vice versa).
- Review and identify ways to streamline sales and operation processes on an on-going basis.
- Represent Institutional Sales team on various internal projects meetings. Understand the potential business/client impact on various initiatives and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve the issues and improve business operating model.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- University graduate in Business Finance and/or related discipline.
- 4 years of experience in financial industry.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Highly proactive organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task while delivering results with quality.
- Strong audit and controls mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communications in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) as essential requirement for the client coverage.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Asset Management business background.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
- Familiar with LipperBloomberg is an advantage.
