Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of topnotch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications ensuring their continuous operation handling customerrelationshipsand incidents with precision.
We are looking for:
Project Manager Time Management (Replicon)
Your future role:
Lead the endtoend delivery of a cloudbased timesheet tool across a global organization
Act as the primary liaison between global stakeholder groups territoryteamsand the thirdparty vendor to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee planning execution and delivery phases whilemaintainingaccountability forobjectivesrisksandtimelycompletion of deliverables
Develop andmaintaincomprehensive project plans proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks
Facilitate regular status reporting totheleadership and stakeholders
Drive crossfunctional collaboration enabling successful deployment and adoption of the solution.
Apply if you have:
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in IT system/software development and project management processes
Experience working with agile methods and both onshore and offshore delivery teams
Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environmentsdemonstratingstrong organizationdisciplineand attention to detail
Experience influencing stakeholders and sponsors
Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects
Experience with Project Management tools (ServiceNow MS Project O365)
Experience implementing Replicon projectswill be anadvantage
Demonstrated knowledge ofnew technologiesand AIpowered tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation information analysis content creation)
Your current location within the territory of Poland.
Nice to have:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Systems Analysis or Management Information Systems
PMP or CSM certification.
