Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer on a contract basis to lead the modernization of
our HR employee performance review process. This role will involve building secure scalable
applications to streamline the review process digitize documentation and enable advanced data mining
and analytics for performance trends. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both front-end
and back-end development with expertise in C# .NET JavaScript and SQL. This role requires someone
who can work independently handle sensitive data responsibly and deliver high-quality solutions within
agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a full stack application using C# .NET Entity Framework JavaScript SQL
Server and Visual Studio. - Build and maintain APIs and services for integration with backend systems.
- Connect and interact with SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure code quality through testing debugging and adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement secure solutions for handling sensitive data.
Ensure compliance with data security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Prior contractor experience within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in C# .NET Web API and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Visual Studio and Entity Framework.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and database connectivity.
- Experience implementing secure authentication encryption and access controls.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and handling sensitive data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration frameworks.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit or NSubstitute).
- Experience working on greenfield modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of coding best practices and design patterns.
