Job Summary
This role is all about worklife balance and flexibility. Its fully remote and mainly focused on plan checking with far fewer site visits than a traditional role. That said youll still get enough site exposure to keep your registration ticking over if thats what you want.
If youre easing off a bit and want more time for yourself theres the option to work a fourday week on a prorata salary. If youd rather stick to five days theres a flexitime setup that lets you build up an extra days leave every four weeks.
Youll be working across a mix of projects in both the commercial and domestic sectors though its mostly commercial work with a strong focus on technical and strategic plan reviews.
The company itself is very supportive and genuinely invested in development. Youll get the chance to work on larger projects with the training and mentoring needed to move up to higher RBI grades. Theres a proper handson approach here plus peer reviews to help build confidence and experience as you go.
