Role Description
We are building out our Sales Operations function and are looking for a high-performing Sales Operations Analyst to support our frontline sales teams.
This role will play a critical part in driving sales process excellence CRM governance reporting accuracy and deal compliance. With a major CRM transformation agenda underway this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to change initiatives while supporting day-to-day commercial operations.

Support frontline sales teams in navigating sales processes and deal governance
Manage and maintain CRM data integrity and system accuracy
Drive CRM adoption and best practices across regions
Support sales reporting pipeline tracking and performance dashboards
Contribute to CRM transformation and process improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable smooth commercial execution

Hands-on experience with CRM systems (mandatory)
Experience supporting CRM implementation or transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
Experience in Sales Operations Commercial Operations or similar roles
Background in Technology or Financial Services preferred
