Job Summary
Location: Gurugram

The responsibilities of this person will include:
Manage endtoend background verification (BGV) processes for US and EMEA regions.
Maintain and regularly update the BGV tracker for active and upcoming candidates
Coordinate with BGV vendor to ensure timely completion of employee verifications.
Coordinate with candidates to collect required information and facilitate the verification process.
Initiate and trigger new background checks for candidates as per hiring requirements.
Conduct daily monitoring of ongoing checks follow up on pending cases and take necessary
actions to ensure smooth completion.
Request and manage direct verifications where required.
Review verification results and updates status on the BGV portal.
Document collection & Scanning documents and uploaded the same in internal portal.
Maintain accurate records by saving background check files in the respective employee folders.

Qualifications:
Postgraduate with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Exposure to Project Management and experience in working on MS Excel database.
Global Exposure and experience in multi-tasking
