该岗位为全新设立旨在推动白内障超乳业务在高质量发展作为连接晶体与设备业务的关键枢纽该岗位将统筹资源整合渠道搭建学术平台并支持团队专业能力建设助力业务协同与生态圈拓展
核心职责
- 业务统筹与渠道整合
- 制定并推动大区超乳业务发展策略
- 整合现有渠道资源提升市场覆盖效率与协同效能
- 学术平台与生态圈建设
- 搭建并运营超乳相关学术平台
- 维护并拓展与KOL医院行业协会等生态圈伙伴的合作关系
- 团队专业能力建设支持
- 赋能一线销售团队提升其在超乳跟台科室会等场景下的专业能力
- 协助制定培训内容与实战支持机制
岗位要求
- 教育背景本科及以上学历
- 行业经验
- 具备医疗器械眼科晶体或设备类产品的销售经验者优先
- 有渠道管理学术活动策划或生态圈合作经验者尤佳
- 能力素质
- 快速学习能力能迅速掌握超乳相关产品与市场知识
- 跨部门协作与影响力能有效推动资源整合与项目落地
- 生态圈建设能力能建立并维护多方合作关系
- 渠道管理与整合能力具备策略制定与执行力
