Job Summary
We are seeking experienced MarinePainters to join a World class builder of award winning Yachts in the luxury Marine Industry based in New Zealand. We are continually expanding our team to meet demands of a growing portfolio of projects.
If you would like to lodge an expression of interest please ensure you have the following skills:
- Able to demonstrate previous employment history in painting vehicles or boats.
- Have extensive knowledge of 2K products.
- Have sound knowledge of prepping various substrates ready for painting.
- Experience in the application of topcoats and fairing
- Able to identify and correct any surface blemishes.
- Surface compound application buffing/polishing/waxing experience
- Acute attention to detail paramount
- A clear understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS)
- Trade qualified an advantage.
- White Card EWP Confined Space & Working at Heights would be an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time
