Corporate Receptionist
San Antonio TX OnSite
Join our Office Services team as the welcoming face of our San Antonio this role youll create a polished professional first impression for callers and visitors while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people staying organized and being at the center of a collaborative environment this role is a great match.
What Youll Do
- Greet visitors and manage the main reception line with professionalism and warmth
- Route calls support the corporate switchboard and maintain accurate call guides
- Coordinate visitor access security protocols and building/vendor relationships
- Support mail packages conference room scheduling and office supply management
- Assist with employee engagement events and internal communications
- Participate in business continuity and failover readiness activities
- Provide daytoday support to Office Services to keep the workplace running smoothly
What You Bring
- Customer service experience; corporate reception or office services preferred
- Strong communication skills professional etiquette and attention to detail
- Comfort with multitasking in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office; bilingual skills a plus
- Dependability teamwork and a serviceoriented mindset
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a 100% onsite role MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required. Light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs bending reaching) may be part of the role.
Compensation
For San Antonio the base salary range is $34000 ($16.35/hr) to $46000 ($22.12/hr) commensurate with experience. This role is bonuseligible and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
