Job Summary
Guests in The Madison Concourse Hotels beautiful Governors Club Lounge enjoy complimentary breakfast top-shelf cocktails hors doeuvres and desserts in the private lounge with a breathtakingview of the State Capitol. As a Governors Club Lounge Attendant you play a part in making this a great Madison experience for our guests! Were looking for a true people-person with knowledge of Madison to give our guests recommendations for food fun and other things to do while in our wonderful city.
This is a full-time morning position with hours from 5:00am12:00pm MondayFriday and 5:00am1:00pm on weekends. Scheduling is based on business needs with days off varying week to week and not guaranteed to be consecutive. Weekend and holiday availability is required. We offer a competitive starting wage of $17/hour plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet prepared by our culinary team
- Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the Governors Club Lounge
- Refresh complimentary amenities for our guests throughout the morning
- Maintaining inventory and restocking items in the kitchen and Governors Club Lounge
- Assisting guests with any questions they have about the hotel or surrounding area
- Acting as a concierge to makerecommendations for things to do and see around Madison
- Perform other functions as required and directed
Qualifications:
- Customer service background is required
- Previous hotel or related experience preferred
- People-person with a passion for hospitality
- Familiar with Madison
