Marketing Account Executive

Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Account Executive to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts with a focus on construction contractors property and real estate. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in new and renewal marketing a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $130000 annually based on experience.
- 401(k): 4% company match.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business with $25000 in revenue and $250000 in premium.
- Handle all aspects of new and renewal marketing for mid-to-large accounts.
- Collaborate with producers and assistants to ensure seamless account management.
- Provide exceptional service to clients in the construction property and real estate sectors.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Must have experience working with construction and real estate accounts.
- Familiarity with mid-to-large accounts is essential.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software preferred.
- Work Style:
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Years of Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience who meet the required qualifications.
