Per Diem Neonatal Hospitalist position in Fort Myers FL!

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks an experienced Board Certified (in Pediatrics with recent Neonatal experience) to provide per diem coverage at Golisano Childrens Hospital in Ft Myers Florida. The hospitals NICU offers:

• State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed Level-III NICU
• The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year
• Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service
• Primary responsibilities include managing Level II NICU patients (not responsible for attending high risk deleiveries)
• All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage
• 24-hour NNP coverage
• Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs
• We value a team-approach toward care in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit
• Our core values support a culture of life-long learning and professional growth
• Shifts are 6-8 shours (varies regarding daily census and case complexity)

• Board Certification in Pediatrics with recent Neonatal experience required
• Active FL license or active IMLC required
