Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to support facility operations by maintaining a clean safe and organized environment. This role plays a critical part in infection control sanitation and ensuring operational efficiency within the facility.
Responsibilities
Infection Control & Sanitation
- Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of carts delivery trucks and facility surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control
Supply & Inventory Management
- Monitor manage and replenish SPD materials dry goods and paper supplies
- Ensure consistent availability of supplies for uninterrupted workflow
Facility Maintenance
- Clean and maintain floors surfaces and common areas
- Support a well-organized and professional work environment
Operational Support
- Assist technicians and staff by ensuring required materials and equipment are readily available
- Contribute to smooth daily operations
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve cleanliness efficiency and workflow processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a proactive can-do mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Familiarity with infection control and sanitation practices
