JOB TITLE:
Car Rental Attendant
JOB PURPOSE:
Prepare vehicles for car rental customers.
Please Note: Starting Salary: $11.00 per hour. After successfully completing a 4-month probationary period the hourly rate increases to $11.50 per hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fuel rental vehicles upon return.
- Prep and staging vehicles for outgoing rentals.
- Transporting vehicles as needed.
- Provide courtesy rides for customers as needed.
- Inspecting vehicles and document damages.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 7 AM - 9 AM MONDAY - FRIDAY.
Valid drivers license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read understand and follow all traffic laws.
- Ability to read understand and follow set guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to operate vehicles in a safe and professional manner in all types of weather and road conditions.
- Ability to park and back-up vehicles into designated areas.
- Ability to be on time reliable and able to complete assignments in a timely manner.
