Candidate Profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Development Business Administration Economics or a related field
Fluent in Swedish both written and spoken
Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
Good technical understanding and ability to learn new solutions quickly
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ambitious self-motivated and driven by personal and professional growth
Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
