Job Description:

Help build manage and grow Business Intelligence centre of excellence having deep understanding of Business Intelligence landscape hands-on experience with two of Power BI Tableau Qlik etc. data modelling and engineering. Work closely with different internal stakeholders to drive vision and the team independently.

Responsibilities:

Help create and a build a business intelligence practice.
Assess business intelligence landscape create a roadmap and execute the same.
Keep a tab on what is new in the market create POCs and POVs to be presented to the client.
Hands on experience with two of Power BI Tableau Qlik Looker etc.
Create solution architecture proposals RFPs and present the same to the client.
Perform data analysis build efficient data and semantic models derive conclusions recommendations and business impact role.
Develop training plans skill upgrades best practices standards and templates.
Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability.

Technical Requirements:

Must have:
- 10 Years of experience in Business Intelligence space.
- Proficient in Power BI Tableau Qlik Looker etc.
- Led a team of 10 people.
- Exposure to Azure/ AWS/ GCP

Good to have:
- End to end project management on BI development
- Client and stakeholder management
- Presentation skills
- Effective communication
