CAPITAL is looking for a high-energy people-firstBDC Sales Representative who thrives on connection speed and this role youll be the voice of our brandengaging with customers at the very start of their journey building excitement and turning interest into real opportunities for our sales teams. If youre motivated by goals love fast-paced environments and know how to turn conversations into conversions this is your lane.
What Youll Be Doing
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone email and online inquiries
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Connect with customers to understand their needs preferences and buying timeline
- Set appointments and create qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Share product knowledge current promotions and value-driven solutions
- Maintain accurate up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Stay sharp on market trends competitor offerings and evolving customer expectations
- Collaborate with sales teams and fellow BDC reps to maximize results
- Jump in and support additional tasks as neededteamwork is everything here
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a BDC environment (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication skillsyoure confident clear and engaging on the phone and digitally
- A natural ability to identify opportunities and guide customers toward next steps
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
- Adaptable and open to new processes tools and technology
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive can-do attitude
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
