Full-Time Scheduler Senior Helpers
Schedule:Full-Time (with occasional on-call support)

We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-drivenSchedulerto join our team. This role is critical to our successensuring the right caregiver is matched with the right client every time.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are staffed appropriately
- Match caregivers to clients based on skill set personality and care needs
- Handle call-offs schedule changes and last-minute coverage with urgency and professionalism
- Communicate consistently with caregivers clients and internal team members
- Monitor overtime travel time and overall scheduling efficiency
- Collaborate with Client Services and Care Team Managers to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in scheduling and CRM systems
What Were Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in scheduling home care healthcare or a similar field preferred
- Ability to think quickly stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- A team player who is reliable detail-oriented and accountable
- Passion for supporting both caregivers and clients
