We are seeking a Custodian to join our team at Payne Edinburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure that our environment is safe and inviting for all occupants.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Strong time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand bend and lift for extended periods

**Responsibilities:**
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in custodial services
- Experience with floor buffing and waxing
- Knowledge of recycling procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
