A Day in the Life:
The Sanitation Operator is responsible for housekeeping of the soybean processing plant assisting Process Operators with their daily tasks and operating powered industrial vehicles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated works well in a team environment has a positive attitude and has the ambition to further develop their career with the company.
Position Details:
Rotating 12-hour shifts either 10:00am 10:00pm or 10:00pm 10:00am
Pay: $23.94 an hour
What Youll Be Doing:
- Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
- Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near miss reporting and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility
- Know and follow all safety environmental and emergency procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work at varying heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures as required
- Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
- Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when needed

- High school diploma or equivalen
