Job Summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Worker for its clients North and West Community Team at Bristol.

What will your responsibilities be

The key outcomes of the role are primarily focused on completing statutory reviews within care home and community settings. The postholder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside social workers occupational therapists social care practitioners and caseworkers. Ongoing support and supervision will be provided by Senior Practitioners and Team Managers. The role offers 50% hybrid working.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

Professional Qualification:A recognised professional qualification in social work such as an MA BA BSc in Social Work Diploma in Social Work or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).
Registration:Must be registered with Social Work England the regulatory body for social workers in England.
Experience:2 years post qualified experience as an adult social worker in a statutory setting.
Knowledge of Legislation:Thorough understanding of relevant legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Skills:Strong assessment and analysis skills as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Driving Licence:A full UK driving licence and access to a car are often required for client visits.
