Due Diligence: Conduct third-party report reviews and synthesize data into structured underwriting templates.

Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for deal coordination between processing teams underwriters and internal stakeholders.

Independent Judgment: Think and act independently to resolve processing hurdles identifying when to seek guidance from senior real estate officers.

Collateral Risk Assessment: Understanding the impact of property valuation on mortgage operations and credit risk.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders across global teams (e.g. US and India offices) in high-volume environments.

Operational Efficiency: Ability to streamline workflow processes to improve productivity and reduce turnaround times.
