Job Description:

Daily Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Credit Card Reconciliation
Verification and booking Employee Expense Report and G&A expenses
Fixed Assets Booking Depreciation
Cashflow Projection Weekly
Support Finance Manager to supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable
Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function (
Local tax law Compliance (VAT/Corporate tax/GST/WHT) Reconciled Trial Balance with returns
Balance Sheet Reconciliation (Prepayment Accrual Provisions)
Weekly discussion with Sales team and Country Manager on AR and AP Report
Preparation of month end and various management reports
Assisting in Internal and External Audit Requirement
Provide support during Budgets and other Project
Other accounting tasks as directed by the Finance Manager
