The Role

We are currently seeking an Engineer Drainage & Flooding with experience in transport or infrastructure projects to join our Sydney team. This is a permanent opportunity supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across NSW and nationally.

With a strong pipeline of work we are looking for a Civil / Hydrology / Drainage professional with an interest in drainage design and flood modelling to contribute to a highly capable multidisciplinary team.

With 2 years experience this is an opportunity to further develop your technical skills working alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality analysis and design outcomes that meet client and industry standards.

You will have gained your experience within an engineering consultancy (or similar environment) and bring a collaborative mindset strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the discipline.

Suitable applicants will have:

Degree qualified Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar)
2 years experience in drainage design stormwater management and/or flood modelling
Exposure to infrastructure projects (roads highways rail or urban development)
Familiarity with relevant Australian standards and guidelines
Experience using (or willingness to learn) relevant software
Ability to contribute to technical deliverables and support project teams in meeting deadlines and budgets
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior engineers
