Process Coordinator (Direct Hire Contractor)
Job Summary
Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Process Coordinator (Contract) located in Tsing Yi Terminal Hong Kong through16 April 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time).
Note: this is a 12-month contractor employment.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Support business planning cost tracking and performance reporting
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare analysis for management review
- Support in the development of business cases and economic models for management decision.
- Support benchmarking exercise and cost / efficiency improvement initiatives
- Coordinate supply and demand planning to maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Support stock reconciliation invoicing and ensure system data accuracy
- Maintain pricing data and support commercial processes
- Assist with compliance audits and system of records
Required Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in operations logistics and supply chain management or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Familiar with SAP and reporting tools such as PowerBI
- Ability to work with crossfunctions and remote teams
- Candidate with less experience or academic background will be considered as Process Administrator
