We are looking for a Clerk I/II to support the Faith & Global Engagement Initiative.
Qualifications and Qualities
Applicants should possess a recognised degree or diploma. They should have:
- A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail for maintaining student records;
- A strong sense of responsibility self-motivation and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in social media management digital design and website maintenance;
- Knowledge of Canva Instagram Vimeo WordPress or Moodle will be a distinct advantage; and
- Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk II.
Key Responsibilities
The appointee will provide administrative support to the Faith & Global Engagement Initiative ( and theLEAD9001 Lead for Lifecourse ( duties include:
- Handling daily operations and providing general administrative support;
- Coordinating events and providing comprehensive logistical support;
- Managing student databases tracking course records and compiling reports; and
- Managing communication channels including email social media and instant messaging (e.g. WhatsApp).
