Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance diagnostics and repairs on medium-duty and EV vehicles in a high-volume shop
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet shop productivity goals
- Participate in factory training programs to stay current with industry advancements
