Compensation & Benefits
Competitive tiered salary based on experience:
- Emerging (08 years): Starting at $47.08/hr
- Seasoned (915 years): Mid-point $58.85/hr
- Expert (1621 years): Up to $68.90/hr
Role Overview
As Director of Diagnostic Imaging you will lead a team of 50 FTEs reporting to the COO. Your primary focus will be on stabilizing staffing enhancing departmental culture and maximizing operational efficiency across all imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all diagnostic imaging services ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Team Development: Lead mentor and manage technologists and supervisors to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Operations Management: Coordinate complex workflows manage budgets and oversee equipment and inventory maintenance.
- Quality & Safety: Implement and enforce policies that uphold industry standards and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Performance Improvement: Drive initiatives to stabilize staffing levels and cultivate a positive collaborative workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Associate Degree required.
- Certification: ARRT certification required.
- Leadership Experience: At least 1 year as a Director of Imaging or equivalent leadership role.
- Professional Experience: 5 years in diagnostic imaging.
