Overview
Were looking for a personable driven professional to join our team as a Service Drive Client Advisora unique role that connects our Service and Sales experiences.
This position is designed for someone who enjoys meeting people building relationships and helping clients make smart decisions about their next vehicleright at the moment it matters most.
Youll be working with active BMW and MINI owners already in our dealership creating meaningful conversations that lead to natural upgrade opportunities.
What Youll Do
- Connect with clients during their service visits in a friendly professional way
- Identify opportunities for clients to upgrade trade or explore new options
- Provide guidance based on vehicle needs equity position and lifestyle changes
- Introduce clients to the Sales Team when the timing is right
- Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Client Advisors
- Deliver a seamless premium experience from service lane to showroom
- Maintain organized follow-up and CRM notes
