Description:

As an Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for managing Enterprise-wide solutions to include specific expertise in Digital E-Commerce Data MarTech AI/ML and Cloud solutions.

Reporting to the Director Architecture you will:

Lead the Architecture and design of business and tech initiatives related to personalization across different systems and applications including Ecommerce Web/Mobile Digital Marketing Data and AI/ML.
Lead vendor selection for the new technologies tools and capabilities. Define selection criteria RFI RFP RFQ and make relevant vendor and product choices
Drive innovation in the Digital Marketing AI/ML space (Cloud Adoption Microservices Omni-Channel and marketing platforms Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence)

Were excited about you if you have/are:

Extensive knowledge and proven experience with existing Digital E-Commerce and Web technologies and tools (E-Commerce Platforms Digital Marketing Tools AI/ML Platform)
Good knowledge on
Foundational understanding of how internet and web works
object-oriented programing
RDBMS and modern NoSQL database designs and querying languages
Microservices and REST services
Expertise in the E-Commerce Digital domains Personalization AI/ML and related technologies
good knowledge/Exposure on Digital Marketing tools and technologies
Extensive experience in supporting large scale E-Commerce and Digital presence
Highly experienced in architecting modern architectures based on Cloud and Microservices
Experience with next generation technologies to build digital experiences and capabilities is desired (AI ML)
Experience with one or more public clouds MS Azure AWS GCP
Experience with modern microservices architecture using Service Mesh API Gateways Native Cloud Technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
Jack of All trades (Ability to have engaging and thoughtful discussions with large cross functional teams like Engineering DevOps Database Networking Infrastructure Data EDW as well as ability to deep dive into the specifics of a solution and ability to challenge and ask the right questions)
Being obsessed with creating quality business and user facing solutions and living for face-to-face interactions with them to develop goals strategies and technology solutions.
Seeking opportunities to leverage existing and new technologies to create Sephoras technological future.
Bachelors degree (masters preferred)
10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
15 years of experience with Digital and E-Commerce space (E-Commerce Web Architecture Personalization Data Loyalty Digital Marketing)

Essentials skills- Digital Marketing AI/ML Docker Kubernetes (Azure or AWS or GCP) E-Commerce.
