POSITIONS: Counselor

LOCATION: MS/JR/SR High School

CLASSIFICATION: Teacher

STARTING DATE: As Arranged

HOURS: Per HEA Contract

PAY RATE: Per HEA Contract

REQUIREMENTS: Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate. At least three years of successful teaching experience preferred with a counselor endorsement.

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS: Shall be able to schedule and guide students in thier academic pursuits.

Shall have the leadership ability and skill necessary to organize implement maintain and evaluate a

comprehensive secondary program.

Shall have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers counselors and parents.

Shall have the knowledge of theories of learning.
