Position Summary
Crossroads Chevrolet in Mount Hope WV is seeking aCertified Automotive Technicianto join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a motivated detail-oriented professional with OEM or dealership experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficiency. We are a Chevrolet dealership focused on productivity customer satisfaction and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle diagnostics maintenance and repairs in accordance with Chevrolet and GM standards
Accurately diagnose mechanical electrical and drivability concerns
Complete warranty and customer pay repairs efficiently and correctly
Maintain clear and accurate repair documentation
Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
Maintain a clean organized and professional work area
Qualifications
GM or ASE Certification required(GM certification strongly preferred)
Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Commitment to quality productivity and customer satisfaction
