To support us in achieving these aims and delivering our mission we have a new opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team to support our recruitment team.


Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in Business Administration with a particular focus on recruitment administration and reporting. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of learners onto our apprenticeship programmes while developing valuable communication administrative and organisational skills.

You will work closely with the recruitment teams to support a positive candidate experience and help meet learner recruitment targets and organisational goals. Youll be part of a dynamic environment where your contribution makes a real impact on peoples futures.


Role Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Support the enrolment process for new learners including candidate screenings document checks and data input.
  • Assist with writing and advertising job adverts
  • Schedule interviews respond to applicant queries and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Collect and process application paperwork.
  • Ensure all learner records are accurately maintained in line with funding and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in producing regular reports on recruitment activity learner progress and compliance.

Essential Criteria:

  • An interest in business administration and further education.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships rapport and a strong understanding with learner and employer
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.


You must have the right to work in the UK valid residency status and hold a minimum of Grade 5 or above in English or equivalent to apply for this apprenticeship.
