We are supporting a well-established global business seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and inspire their international sales team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy drive growth and influence business performance across multiple sectors.

About the Role:

As Sales Director you will develop and implement a global commercial strategy lead a high-performing sales team and expand the companys reach across existing and new markets. Youll focus on growing membership and service sales building strategic key account plans identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting events and exhibitions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a global commercial strategy to drive new business
  • Lead motivate and develop the sales team to meet targets and KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop key account plans and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Organise events exhibitions and webinars to promote services
  • Travel internationally to support business growth initiatives

About You:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering a commercial strategy
  • Track record of leading motivating and inspiring sales teams
  • Strong understanding of diverse industries and supply chains
  • Results-driven with measurable success in sales growth
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with international travel and face-to-face meetings
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Teams/Zoom PowerPoint and CRM systems

Desirable:

  • Experience in testing or certification environments
  • Event management and delivery experience
  • Experience in international sales and social media engagement
