Just real work real learning and good coffee over long meetings. Were looking for a social media intern who lives and breathes social platforms understands trends and is excited about building brands online not just posting for the sake of it. This is not a schedule-and-forget internship. Youll be managing real brand accounts inside a fast-moving digital agency and learning how social media actually drives engagement reach and results.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and posting content across platforms like Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and amp; others.
2. Creating engaging captions aligned with brand voice and amp; strategy.
3. Assisting in planning and executing social media calendars.
4. Researching trends hashtags formats and amp; competitor activity.
5. Coordinating with designers for creatives and amp; reels.
6. Supporting reel ideas carousel concepts and amp; content themes.
7. Monitoring comments DMs and amp; basic community engagement.
8. Tracking post-performance and preparing simple reports.
9. Sharing fresh content and campaign ideas (yes your ideas matter).

3. Basic understanding of Instagram LinkedIn and other social platforms.
4. Creative mindset with awareness of current trends.
5. Organized reliable and deadline-driven approach to work.
6. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Curious and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
8. Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
9. Honest professional and clear communication style.
10. Calm under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
11. Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude.
12. Pursuing or completed a BA MA BBA MBA BCA mass communication or journalism (preferred but not mandatory).
13. Freshers or students serious about building a career in social media and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
14. Prior experience managing social pages posting content or growing accounts is an added advantage.
15. Must currently be based in Jaipur and available for a full-time 4-month work-from-office internship.
