Job Summary
Description
In this role you will play a key part in building strong and efficient processes to deliver a seamless experience for our legal and compliance operations. You will manage and streamline the due diligence response process while supporting the ongoing optimization of systems tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence Coordination: Lead the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) including technical and cybersecurity inquiries and maintain a repository of up-to-date response templates.
- US Regulatory and amp; Public Sector Support: Manage registrations and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements including FAR and DFARS frameworks.
- Systems and amp; Process Management: Act as a back-up administrator for LRC tools (Jira IronClad ComplyAdvantage) and identify opportunities for automation and scaling.
- LRC Support: Act as a first responder for internal queries via Jira and Slack escalating complex requests and monitoring service level standards.
- Data and amp; Research: Conduct research on evolving laws and regulations maintaining a secure database of legal and technical documentation.
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
- Experience: 12 years in a Paralegal Compliance or Legal Support role preferably within the Tech SaaS or Data industry.
- Education: Bachelors Degree (B.S.) or equivalent professional certification.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with US and Canadian frameworks relevant to data businesses (e.g. FAR DFARS data protection).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with legal/compliance systems ticketing tools (e.g. Jira) and document management environments.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse international stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and IT teams.
