Job Summary
Removal Defense Paralegal
We are seeking a highly qualified Spanish-speaking Removal Defense Paralegal with extensive hands-on experience in removal proceedings and USCIS applications including Adjustment of Status and related filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare review and manage USCIS forms (including Adjustment of Status and related applications)
- Support removal defense cases including case preparation and procedural filings
- Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients ensuring clarity and accuracy

Gather organize and review supporting documentation

Maintain case files and manage deadlines

Provide advanced support to attorneys on complex immigration matters
Required Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English

Strong proven experience in removal defense (3 years)

Deep knowledge of USCIS forms and procedures

Ability to handle complex nuanced cases independently

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior experience with U.S.-based immigration law firms preferred
