Job Skills / Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaners and technicians on job sites ensuring all metal and marble surfaces are cleaned polished restored and maintained to the highest standards.
- Perform hands-on work as needed including deep cleaning honing polishing sealing and stain removal on natural stone (marble granite etc.) and various metal finishes.
- Inspect work quality before during and after shifts to meet client expectations and company standards.
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques use of specialized cleaners equipment and safety protocols for stone and metal care.
- Schedule daily tasks assign jobs and manage time efficiently across multiple sites.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies equipment and chemicals; order as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper handling of restoration products.
- Communicate effectively with clients property managers and upper management regarding job progress and any issues.
- Handle light administrative tasks such as daily reports time tracking and quality documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising cleaning or restoration teams (13 years preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of marble/stone care and metal polishing/cleaning techniques is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds stand for long periods and work in various environments (commercial residential or office buildings).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided for qualified candidates).
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Flexible availability including possible early mornings evenings or weekends depending on client needs.
